The We Know Foundation is happy to partner with any organization providing services to at-risk communities in Toronto. All that is required is a demonstrated need on behalf of the organization as well as the community they are supporting.

For example, We Know partnered with the Children's Aid Society of Toronto (CAST) to create their new "Connections Program Registry." We Know provided funding to CAST as well as expertise in the creation of a functioning online website.
