Our Partners
In the fall of 2018, We Know partnered with the Pape Adolescent Resource Center to provide funding for its services to youth transitioning out of the child welfare system. We Know has continued to support PARC financially, and is now working with CAST to help implement these programs.
In the summer of 2019, We Know partnered with the Children's Aid Society of Toronto (CAST) to create the "Connections Program Registry" an online portal where at-risk youth can find pre-approved mental health professionals who provide services at a discounted rate. We Know continues to provide funding and tech consulting services to make this program possible.
